Why the name OLIWOOD? The name stands for Wooden Houses by Oliver.

The chief designer Oliver Hook started renovating and building houses 30 years ago.

The design of the house frames and walls are patented and unique. 
The main and unique idea behind the design is to make the house resistant to different deformations to the wood that are caused by  moisture.
